Directly reporting to the Payroll Human Resources Services Manager, you will join a context of reorganization and high technical and regulatory requirements.
Your missions:
· Import and enter variable payroll items, process monthly hires, in accordance with the payroll schedule.
· Collaborate with the Personnel Administration HRS team based in Poland on personnel administration issues.
· Collaborate with operational HR teams to ensure the quality and expertise of the services produced by the Payroll department.
· Answering various questions from colleagues through a CRM in accordance with our service commitment.
· Review the procedures in place with a focus on optimizing payroll and post-payroll systems and processes.
· Provide/improve technical tools such as dashboards or specific spreadsheets
· Actively participate in HR or Payroll projects (integration of a new company, change of payroll tool, improvement of interfaces between HR tools...)
Profile sought:
· You have a Bachelor's degree (Bac +2/3) in Human Resources or Management, ideally with a specialization in payroll, and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
· You are comfortable with HRIS tools (SAP, Global View, Workday, ServiceNow).
· Excellent knowledge of MS, particularly Excel.
· Professional English and French
· With good interpersonal skills, you are also rigorous and autonomous. You have good priority management, a sense of teamwork, and good communication.
