Payroll Analyst

Description

•\tDelivery and Analysis of Employee Data management (EDM) activities.

•\tMaintain and process ticketing tools.

•\tAssist back office with escalations; liaise with customers/HR to provide necessary data.

•\tSupport regional teams EDM, Payroll, HR across regions.

•\tCreate, analyze reports and process audits.

•\tCapture issues and suggest solutions.

•\tMaintain documents, instructions, job aids, regional processes.

•\tManage EDM activities (Date Entry) per SLA/KPIs with the team to support payroll delivery.

•\tSolve HRIS (HR information systems) issues having flow-on effects to Payroll and IST

•\tAssist with HR reporting requirements.

•\tDevelop solutions that may arise from system issues.

•\tResponsible for the testing and understanding new Work Schedule rules (leave quotas in SAP

•\tResponsible of the performance and engagements with different stakeholders locally.

•\tResponsible to maintain data standards and quality of HR Master Data.

•\tParticipate in implementation and testing of changes Master data environment.

•\tDrive and monitor compliance with company policies, internal control standards and regulatory requirements.

•\tParticipate in meetings with different stakeholders (such as benefit partners, payroll, HR partners) and help to resolve issues and improve processes.

•\tSupport the Jasper project where required
