Responsibilities The Opportunity The main purpose of the role is to execute Sales Payroll Portfolio leveraging Standard Model of Incidences Consolidation Process ensuring service delivery and SLA's fulfillment. These services are currently migrating from India to Mexico HUB and this position will be participating in the transition process (Knowledge Capture, Knowledge Transfer, Ramp Up, Go Live, and, Stabilization) Your Impact As Payroll Analyst your scope would consist of: Execute Sales Payroll portfolio & services: Receive incidents and validate fulfillment of requirements Capture incidence information in the payroll system Ensure payroll meets operation controls Monitor ticket reception and release ensuring SLA compliance Ensure good customer service and guarantee Service Level Agreements timing and delivery Responsible for proper escalation of daily resolution issues Deliver services at the defined at the SLAs/KPIs Continue communication and support with local functional teams Conciliate and document process deliverables for audit preparation Qualifications Who Are We Looking For?
