Payroll Analyst

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Support weekly and biweekly Ad hoc payroll processing

- Load supplemental pay file upon request

- Identify and resolve errors during processing

- Validate regression testing and coordinate thru error resolution

- Support SAP file loads

- Basic Ad hoc query request

- Works closely with management in preparation for compliance audits and other projects as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

- High school diploma 4 years of related education i.e.: business or accounting and/or relevant work experience

- PAYROLL SAP experience is REQUIRED.

- Proficiency in the Microsoft office suite excel word and PowerPoint

- Payroll processing experience including relevant regulatory requirements internal policy and procedure accounting practices system software requirements

- Knowledge of FLSA federal and state laws etc.

- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

- Must possess a strong characteristic for attention to detail and accuracy

- Problem-solving organizing and prioritizing work demands to meet critical deadlines

- Perform and understand basic payroll calculations

- Must be able to work well in a team environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
