   2.  Adhere to all industrial safety and quality requirements.

   3.  Responsible for timing attendance process of Tijuana Site Companies (Greatbatch Medical y Greatbatch MCSO).

   4.  Responsible for Payroll process of Tijuana Site Companies (Greatbatch Medical y Greatbatch MCSO).

   5.  Responsible Payroll payments, such us, Payroll, employee savings fund, child Support withheld, Employee resignation, pantry coupons, and all other payroll payments related.

   6.  Responsible for Employee Saving Fund Process.

   7.   Payroll Customer Service for all employees of Tijuana Site Companies.

   8.  Ensure compliance with internal control in payroll process.

   9.  Provide reports for journal entries purposes and other Payroll reports needed for record the payroll activity.

10.  Preparation of salary and wages analysis and employee benefits reports on a monthly and annual basis.

11.  Responsible for salary and wages reconciliations, of Tijuana site and Payroll tax reconciliations.

12.  Responsible for all Payroll taxes, such as, Social Security Taxes (IMSS), Housing tax (INFONTAVIT) and Retirement, Baja California Payroll Tax, as well as the variable perceptions the calculations for Social Security Tax purposes, and Employee Bank Loans FONACOT

13.  internal and external audits of the company related to payroll process.

14.  Attending Social Security (IMSS) and Housing Audits (INFONAVIT).

15.  Coordinate Payroll electronic invoicing process.

16.  Provide payroll reports to Tijuana Leadership team.

17.  Answer Mexican Government requirements related to Payroll & benefits process, employees information etc..

18.  Support Continuous improvement projects.

19.  Support Payroll Cross Training initiatives across Integer sites.

20.  Maintain adequate storage of electronic and hard payroll files according to applicable law.

Comply with corporate requirements.

Bachelor degree

Minimum 4 years of experience in the same or similar position

High level of knowledge of PC, Microsoft Office and TRES packages.

Mexican Payroll Tax knowledge
