**About the Role:**
In this role Payroll analysts perform a variety of analytical tasks in support of the Bank’s payroll system. Primary responsibilities may include recording, balancing, and reconciling payroll and benefits general ledger accounts. In addition, they audit an assigned payroll system as well as maintain, track, and submit payments for miscellaneous payroll deductions. This role includes processing payroll data to produce complete and accurate payroll checks, payroll taxes, and payroll report filing. This includes IRS tax reports, corporate reports, and management reports.
+ Perform varied analytical and technical assignments related to the operation of the payroll system.
+ Reconcile all Payroll and general ledger accounts monthly
+ Reconcile and manage the HR/Payroll checking account
+ Prepare payroll taxes for bi-weekly and quarterly reporting
+ Prepare documentation for annual audits as needed
+ Generate relevant reports as necessary for ad hoc requests (quarterly and/or annually)
+ Demonstrates compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job function and applies to designated job responsibilities – knowledge may be gained through coursework and on-the-job training. Keeps up to date on regulation changes.
+ Follows all Bank policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and completes all required annual or job-specific training.
+ Maintain a working knowledge of Bank's written policies and procedures regarding Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security and other regulations as applicable to this job description.
+ May be asked to coach, mentor, or train others and teach coursework as subject matter expert.

**About** **You:**
+ High school diploma or GED, required.
+ Degree in Finance or Accounting, preferred.
+ General ledger reconciliation experience, required.
+ Financial Accounting audit experience, preferred.
+ Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
+ Strong background and understanding of generally accepted accounting principles
+ Effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills
+ Effective project and time management skills
+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment
+ Ability to accomplish work assignments under minimal supervision and tight time schedules

We offer a competitive total rewards package including base wages and comprehensive benefits. The pay range for this role is $78,000 - $85,000, and the pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
