Payroll Analyst/Analityk ds. Płac

This role is responsible for performing various payroll tasks like general processing, terminations, as well as time and absence management, ensuring adherence to payroll regulations and operational goals. The role contributes to country-level projects, collaborates with stakeholders, and ensures compliance with policies. The role consults with payroll leaders, maintains records, and provides proactive support to projects and priority initiatives. The role is also involved in identifying process improvement opportunities within the domain and making suggestions accordingly.

Responsibilities

Performs various aspects of the payroll process like general processing, terminations, time & absence management, with guidance, considering payroll regulations and operational goals.

Contributes to country-level projects impacting payroll and time solutions, collaborating with key stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures.

Consults with payroll leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement and policy development, both within and outside of payroll, potentially engaging in the design and implementation.

Develops strong business relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors, resolving issues to achieve desired outcomes.

Addresses moderately to highly complex payroll or time and absence support cases, including day-to-day employee and business partner queries.

Maintains comprehensive employee and company records related to payroll and time processes, ensuring data confidentiality and integrity.

Applies foundational principles and contributes proactively to projects through research and data analysis support, providing regular updates on accomplishments and impediments.

Supports priority projects with direction, maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and sharing information via standardized reports.

Requirements

0-2 years of work experience, preferably in Payroll/HR administration, Payroll processing, or a related field.

A degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.

Proficiency in using Excel functions, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, to analyze and interpret data effectively.

Data entry and managing financial information with attention to detail.

Strong communication skills in English. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

Learning agility and a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
