A day in the Life:

Under the direction of the Manager, India Payroll, the Payroll Analyst will possess the experience and desire to support the India payroll process. The incumbent will possess the knowledge and experience to process accurate payroll, tax calculations, compliance and provide customer service to all employees.

•\tExperience in handling India payroll in a time critical and fast pace environment

•\tDemonstrated experience with payroll processes, compliance regulations and country schemes

•\tResponds to case management activity levels to ensure SLA’s are being met

•\tPoint of contact for employees in India and country Field HR team for payroll and tax related queries

•\tPartner directly with other payroll analysts, payroll vendor and Colleague Services Center to support employees

•\tSupport investigations and analysis to resolve root cause of payroll problems and communicate efficiently

•\tWork closely with management and accounting for payroll accounting entries, reports, and resolving discrepancies

•\tWork with colleagues from around the business to ensure smooth end to end payroll processing

•\tAbility to organize and prioritize work under tight time constraints

•\tParticipate in improvement projects related to payroll processes

•\tSupport internal control standards/audits and self-audit processes related to all aspects of payroll

•\tParticipate in business or functional projects as required

•\tAny other duties as required to ensure the delivery of a first class payroll service to our colleagues

Experience

Minimum of 3 years of overall India Payroll/HR ops experience, preferably in a multi-national company

•\tProficient in MS word, Excel, PowerPoint

• Vendor management experience

•\tAbility to priorities multiple entity payrolls concurrently

•\tExcellent oral and written communication skills

•\tAbility to clearly communicate to all levels of employees related to payroll items

•\tPrior experience of Workday and ServiceNow preferred

•\tAbility to maintain a positive attitude and manage deadlines whilst managing a number of priorities
