Job Description
To ensure timely and accurate processing of all monthly payrolls for Philippines, Australia and New Zealand.
This position interacts with various levels of personnel both inside and outside the company. That interaction requires good communication skills and judgement, tact and diplomacy with internal and external customers in troubleshooting problems and communicating status. Effectiveness in this role requires a thorough working knowledge of relevant payroll processes and systems, policies and procedures. Accuracy is required in performing all functions of this position. Initiative and organisation skills are valuable to ensure the timely completion of a large volume of work, within short timelines. The position reports directly to the Payroll Team Supervisor

Education
• Bachelor’s degree / diploma holder
Experience
3-5 years’ relevant experience in payroll with minimum 1 years of Philippines, Australia and New Zealand payroll experience in MNC or Shared Service environment. Candidate has Payroll working experience for processing end to end payroll will be given preference. Knowledge of ADP Systems, Workday system and Service Now ticketing system preferred.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
