What you’ll do
Assist to Payroll Lead with payroll end-of-month processes and running payroll reports.
Perform administrative tasks related to HR management, such as issuing certificates, registering bank accounts, attendance tracking, among others.
Maintain employee records.
Manage any payroll queries internally.
Provide review and assistance to employees with payroll or HR-related inquiries through various communication channels.
Periodic updating and maintenance of payroll information shared on HR platforms, ensuring alignment with current internal policies.
What experience you need
HR , AccountingTechnician degree or related education.
1+ years Payroll processing experience.
1 Knowledge of Costa Rica's labor legislation.
1-2 years Excel or Google sheets experience.
