We will rely on you to:

Drives critical payroll operations, ensuring flawless execution of payroll processing, leave calculations, and compliance through advanced HRMS software and 3rd Party Vendors.Safeguards accuracy and legal compliance by meticulously auditing employee data and overseeing the precise onboarding of new hires, rehires, and transfers.Elevates payroll accuracy by expertly updating earnings, taxes, deductions, and leave balances, ensuring all adjustments align with both legal and company standards.Champions collaboration across HRSS teams, consistently exceeding Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while maintaining and enhancing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

What you need to have:

Proven expertise in payroll management with a strong track record of accuracy and compliance.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, excelling in both written and verbal formats.Highly skilled in Excel and Workday, with extensive experience optimizing payroll processes.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot payroll issues.
