**ADP is hiring a Public Relations & Billing Solutions Specialist.** In this position you will provide support to payroll and implementation teams on client web, Enterprise, and Mainframe systems. Team members provide functional support of payroll processes and technical solutions for applications. Responsibilities also include billing support and transmission of client payroll processing balances for invoice reconciliation and direct debiting of client accounts. Individuals make client level configuration changes to payroll systems to accommodate client processing needs. PBS Specialists also create tools that assist payroll field in managing clients during disaster recovery or weather related issues. SR PBS team members interface with corporate information technology teams to identify processing inefficiencies and solve systemic issues. Provide level 2 technical solutions to payroll regions regarding system capabilities and functionality. Handle escalated client level billing issues and engages the appropriate corporate and regional resources to implement a solution. We strive for every interaction to be driven by our **CORE** values: **Insightful Expertise, Integrity is Everything, Service Excellence, Inspiring Innovation, Each Person Counts, Results-Driven, & Social Responsibility.** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Investigates, analyzes and resolves payroll and delivery related issues on a timely basis Senior: continually reviews and maintains standardization among client base and escalates + Modifies client setups in the Mainframe including payroll delivery addresses, payroll split-wrap set-ups and payroll schedule information + Facilitates exception requests such as hot payrolls, remote print backs, and re-routed packages with the ES Field Operations teams per regional request + Provides disaster recovery and business continuity planning solutions and support to the regional payroll and implementation teams + Manages payroll document record retention processes + Executes billing programs daily to create direct debit files, reconcile ledger amounts and transmit files to corporate for debiting of client accounts + Provide billing solutions to regional payroll and implementation teams by resolving client and employee level invoice calculation errors + Partner with Corporate and ADPO business groups to identify solutions for billing issues + Monthly quality reports Performs other related duties as assigned **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** : Preference will be given to candidates who have the following: + Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills + Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints using pre-defined solutions + Demonstrated ability to learn and apply basic concepts in new situations + Organizational skills including the ability to multi-task, set priorities, and follow up in a timely manner + Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment as well as work independently and make sound decisions A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include: + Experience noted above, OR + Military experience.
