Overview Make an Impact We have an opening for an experienced, innovative, and strategic North America Payroll and Timekeeping Specialist. This individual will focus specifically on U.S. payroll and timekeeping, supporting the payroll team and management in delivering accurate and timely payroll services. The role involves overseeing bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll processes, ensuring compliance, and managing internal queries and ticketing systems. This position is remote in Canada. How Will You Make an Impact? Administer and support U.S. payroll activities, including bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll, funding, and timekeeping compliance. Oversee and approve payroll timekeeping processes and ensure adherence to payroll compliance. Assist with quarterly and year-end payroll reconciliation, balancing W-2s, and managing fringe benefit programs. Partner with vendors and cross-functional groups to ensure seamless payroll operations. Monitor and resolve payroll-related queries through the ticketing system with a focus on high-quality customer service. Handle targeted payroll tasks with efficiency and accuracy, contributing to a smooth payroll experience. A Successful Candidate Will Have: Minimum 3 years of U.S. payroll experience, with managed service payroll experience preferred. Experience with Workday and Kronos required. Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office programs. Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to track and follow up on payroll-related issues. Knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations, or the ability to obtain it Why work with us? The pay range for this position is between 65,000 - 73,000 CAD annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
