PDS Tech Commercial, Inc. is seeking candidates for a Payroll Assistant in Appleton, Wisconsin.
 
Job Title: Payroll Assistant
Job Type: Full time; Contract (6 months)
Location: Appleton, WI
Schedule:  Monday to Friday; 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Onsite
Pay Rate: $21.00-$25.00 per hour

Job Summary

The candidate will work as a Payroll Assistant at PDS Tech Commercial, Inc., performing tasks such as maintaining employee records in the ERP/Payroll system and providing general payroll support for weekly payroll processes and monthly union remittances. They will also coordinate with field management staff to ensure accurate and complete union new hire paperwork and update employee records as needed.

Skill Requirements

ERP experience

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

High School Diploma/GED or pursuit of an Associates/Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Preferred:

Prior internship or related consulting experience

Actively involved in campus, community or other volunteer activities or organizations

Demonstrated leadership skills



Pay Details: $21.00 to $25.00 per hour
