Working in a hybrid work model. **Key Responsibilities:** This role reports to Il Payroll Manager + Oversee and monitor employee attendance records + Provide timely responses to employee inquiries and conduct payroll simulations + Process final pay settlements and offboarding activities + Prepare control reports and conduct payroll audits to ensure accuracy + Manage reporting to staffing agencies + Perform payroll-related bookkeeping tasks + Conduct onboarding training for new employees regarding payroll related processes **Qualifications:** + Certified Payroll Accountant (accredited by the Institute of Certified Public Accountants) + Proven experience in bookkeeping – Mandatory + 5+ years of previous experience as a payroll accountant in a company with 80+ employees and diverse payroll structures – Mandatory + Advanced proficiency in Excel – Mandatory + Experience with Malam Payroll System – Advantage + High level English + Flexibility and availability for extended working hours during payroll closing periods is required
