The payroll associate is responsible for a timely entry of time card information and accurate weekly payroll calculations at the Findlay Plant.  This position must coordinate the maintenance of any labor, pay rates, and pay deduction files/records with internal and external parties to ensure proper net payments to employees.  This position must handle all information with extreme discretion and confidentiality.  This position will also be responsible for some accounting duties and must be able to work with Excel, Word, SAP, Source to Gross and Plant Labor/Bonus System.

Must be able to understand and interpret corporate and plant policies and procedures Be detail oriented Committed to meeting vital and stringent guidelines Demonstrated ability to work with payroll systems and Excel spreadsheets Must be able to work with sensitive and confidential information on routine basis Show commitment to paying a large payroll correctly 100% of the time Be flexible and adapt to payroll policy changes Communicate effectively verbally with all parties listed above
