Job Description for Payroll Specialist

 

担当業務

給与・賞与の準備、給与ベンダーから納品された計算結果のチェック 

6社1300人の社員の給与を3名で担当

勤怠管理、およびベンダーへの給与連携個人情報変更ワークフローシステムの管理引当金を含む、経理提出レポートの作成とレビューエキスパットや海外赴任者の給与支払い社会保険料の精査及び支払いデータレビュー社内・社外監査のための情報や書類の準備社員からの問い合わせの対応(社内システム使用)担当者としての給与・福利厚生関連のプロジェクトへの参加外部のベンダーや社内の関連部署とのコミュニケーション海外の担当チームとのコミュニケーションその他、給与業務全般

 

 

 

求める経験やスキル

5年以上の給与計算業務経験2、3年以上の勤怠管理の経験または知識給与関連の監査対応経験(資料作成のみも含む)給与業務に必要な日本の法律の一般的な知識給与関連のプロジェクト参加経験があれば尚可担当業務を遂行する責任感があること積極的かつ柔軟な考え方を持っていること自立した考え方や、オーナーシップを持てること業務の変更についての企画立案をする能力日本語(ネイティブ)、英語(中級以上)給与業務に必要なMS Officeのスキル 

 

現在の構成         7名 (マネージャー含まず)

給与& 福利厚生担当者 5名  派遣社員 2名

 

Job Description for R2P Analyst

 

Key Responsibility

Prepare Payroll data and review payroll calculation resultManage Time and Attendance System and Review Time & Attendance record for payroll Create and Review Finance Report including accrual dataPrepare information and documents for internal and external authorities for audit purposesHandling employee inquiries in an appropriate IT system (ticket tool)Actively participate to the Payroll & Benefits projectWork closely with HR Business partner, Finance, General Affairs and other stake holders.

 

 

 

 

Required Skill

+3-5 years of relevant experience of Payroll or BenefitsStrong sense of responsibilityProactive and flexible mindsetIndependent and take owner shipAbility to design / amend service processesGeneral knowledge of Japan Labor Laws and practicesStrong verbal and written communication skills both in JapaneseBasic English communication skill Advanced PC skill (Excel, Word, Power Point)

1 Manager, 5 Payroll and Benefits Admin, 2 Haken staff
