You will need to complete two (2) weeks of full-time paid training for this position.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

During a typical day, you will perform the following tasks:

-Communicate with clients in your portfolio for payroll data entry
-Produce payroll according to client expectations and current legislation
-Plan and organize your work to meet service levels and client expectations
-Provide occasional client support during payroll entry
-Follow service policies and procedures
-Work closely with resources from other payroll sectors

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

-High school diploma
-1 year of full-time experience or 2 years of part-time experience
-Excellent customer service skills
-Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude
-Required bilingualism, both spoken and written (French / English)
-Versatility and autonomy
-Confidentiality and attention to detail
-Teamwork skills
-High sense of organization and priorities
-Good command of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
