Benefits & Perks:Immediate temporary Payroll Clerk position 6-month term role with the potential to extend Onsite position Monday to FridayResponsibilities:Data entry of employee information including payroll and tax informationEnsure the records are accurate, update existing employee records, and verify information for accuracyHandle payroll inquiries and resolve payroll discrepanciesUpdate spreadsheets Other administrative duties as assigned Qualifications:2 plus years of experience as a Payroll ClerkPost-secondary education in Payroll - Payroll Compliance PCPA combination of education and experience will be considered Proficient with Microsoft Office including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams Experience with PeopleSoft is an asset Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAttention to detail and accuracy is essentialAbility to multitask and meet deadlines
