Description We are on the lookout for a meticulous Payroll Clerk to join our team located in Appleton, Wisconsin. This role is part of the financial services industry, where you will be responsible for managing accounting software systems, processing payroll, and maintaining accurate records. This opportunity offers a long term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Accurately process biweekly payroll for under 100 employees using ADP Workforce Now. • Manage all accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. • Maintain accurate records in the accounting software systems. • Handle accounts payable (AP) duties as required. • Ensure all time entries are accurate and up-to-date. • Utilize About Time software for efficient task management. • Adhere to all deadlines, ensuring all payroll tasks are completed on time. • Resolve any payroll-related inquiries promptly and professionally. • Monitor and take appropriate action on customer accounts as necessary. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Payroll Clerk or in a similar role • Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems • Experience with ADP Workforce Now • Familiarity with About Time software • Understanding of various Accounting Functions • Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) processes • Experience in processing Biweekly Payroll • Experience in handling Payroll for under 100 employees • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines • Experience in managing Time Entries • Proven track record of accurately processing Payroll.
