Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Clerk in Boca Raton, Florida. The selected candidate will be a part of a dynamic team, responsible for managing payroll operations for over 100 employees. This role involves processing payroll, maintaining accurate records, and handling employee inquiries. Responsibilities: • Handle payroll processing using ADP Workforce Now and ensure data accuracy. • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of employee data. • Manage payroll for employees across multiple states, focusing on California and New York. • Act as the first point of contact for employees’ payroll-related inquiries. • Ensure accurate calculation and recording of payroll deductions and taxes. • Confirm timecard entries and approve them after thorough verification. • Implement and adhere to SOX controls within the payroll function. • Follow up on requests and take the initiative to resolve issues. • Utilize accounting software systems effectively for payroll operations. • Manage payroll-related tasks for new acquisitions, expected to be around 60-70 employees.
