1) Responsible for accurate and timely processing of payroll
2) Interface with internal clients for various inquiries and/or issue resolution. This includes timely escalation of issues that are not resolved immediately.
3) Implements internal control measures and conducts regular control self-assessments to ensure that processes meet internal control requirements.
4) Responsible for performing different forms of payroll-related reconciliations as required by the country serviced.
5) Responsible for preparing accurate and timely journal entries as required
6) Responsible for complying with specific requirements, legislations, and or policies defined by the county.
1) Has at least 1-2 years working on local or international payroll / Fresh graduates of any business-related course are welcome
2) Above-average critical thinking and problem-solving skills
3) Good communication skills (in English)
4) Has strong organizational skills to keep deadlines on tight schedules
