Key job responsibilities
Payroll Processing & Compliance:

Assist in processing payroll for Argentina, Peru, and Colombia, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local labor laws.
Work with third-party payroll providers to validate payroll calculations, tax deductions, and social security contributions.
Ensure timely and correct salary payments, bonuses, and benefits administration.

Data Management & Reporting:

Gather, review, and validate payroll data from HR systems.
Maintain accurate payroll records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Prepare payroll reports for internal audits, finance, and regulatory compliance.

Issue Resolution & Employee Support:

Address payroll discrepancies and resolve employee payroll inquiries promptly.
Provide support in tax and social security matters related to payroll.
Collaborate with HR to manage employee changes affecting payroll (new hires, terminations, salary adjustments).

Process Improvement & Compliance Monitoring:

Identify and support payroll process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Stay updated on labor laws and tax regulations in ARG, PER & COL and implement necessary payroll adjustments.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with HR, Finance, and external payroll providers to ensure smooth payroll operations.
Support payroll audits and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
