We are seeking a Payroll Coordinator with at least five years of experience in a high-volume payroll processing environment. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in all facets of payroll operations, including payroll taxes, compliance, and regulations. Experience with a payroll system other than ADP, preferably Oracle, is highly preferred. The role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality with all payroll data. Proficiency in Excel and computer skills is essential.
Responsibilities
+ Process high-volume payroll using a payroll system, preferably Oracle.
+ Assist with garnishments, support and levy orders.
+ Analyze service tickets submitted by employees for pay errors or missing pay.
+ Handle SDI integrations.
+ Ensure compliance with payroll taxes, regulations, and laws.
+ Provide excellent customer service and support to employees regarding payroll inquiries.
+ Maintain discretion and confidentiality for all payroll data.
Essential Skills
+ At least five years of experience in high-volume payroll processing.
+ Experience with a payroll system other than ADP; Oracle highly preferred.
+ Extensive knowledge of payroll operations, taxes, compliance, and regulations.
+ Strong attention to detail.
+ Proficiency in Excel and computer skills.

Work Environment
This role is on-site at a multi-billion dollar organization. The position is a three-month contract, providing an opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
