Payroll Coordinator
Our client, a Fortune 500 advertising company, is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to join their team. As a Payroll Coordinator, you will be part of the Payroll team supporting multiple businesses across several states. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Workday and Microsoft Office. **Job Title:** Payroll Coordinator **Location:** Omaha, Nebraska **Pay Range:** $50,000 annually **What's the Job?** + Perform all payroll related functions for multi-state, multi-company payroll using Workday software including California terminations, overtime calculation, gross ups, charity deductions, bonus payments + Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely + Audit incoming paperwork for authorized approvals and verify accuracy of local office data entry for assigned agencies + Input off-cycle payments as necessary + Support local office Payroll and HR departments by responding to questions or inquiries **What's Needed?** + High School diploma or equivalent + A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in similar role + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe + Excellent computer skills and 10-key proficiency + Knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations regarding garnishments, tax regulations, and FLSA **What's in it for me?** + Hybrid Work Schedule: 2 Day work from Home + 37.5 Hour Work Weeks: 8:30 - 5:00 CST (Paid for 40) + 18 Days PTO Annually + Plus, 4 Floating Holidays can be used between Memorial & Labor Day + 14 Paid Holiday Days + 80 Hrs.
