The Payroll Coordinator provides comprehensive payroll office support to ensure payroll deadlines are met in a timely manner by performing the following duties.
Job Responsibilities:
Attends work on a regular and predictable basis. Sort incoming mail and maintain payroll fax line. Scan wage garnishments and other required documents to ADP for processing or updating payroll system. Filing of all payroll documentation to employee personnel files Responsible for historical edits of employee timecards in a timely manner Responsible for the timely approval of employee self-service (ESS) workflows for updates made by Lincare employees. Responsible for the timely approval of manager self-service workflows; not limited to terminations. Assist with payroll processing as needed. Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
