Do you enjoy gathering relevant data for payroll by using defined tools and systems?

Are you skillful with technological tools such as creating, maintaining, terminating employee related information in SAP HR or other relevant systems?

As our Payroll Coordinator, you will successfully analyze, problem-solve and collaborate to ensure that objectives are completed by performing the required duties while working with your customers and colleagues. Your mission is to promote a positive culture by accomplishing safety and quality goals to achieve customer satisfaction and profitable business results.

 

You will bring 5+ years of work experience in the payroll field, as well as 5+ years of experience with HRIS/Microsoft Office products. You will also have experience in multi-tasking, prioritizing, and maintaining compliance with current law on a daily basis. Having exposure to Social Security/Tax Courses, Working knowledge of FICA, and coming with a CPP would support you in this role as well!

The hiring range for this role is $62,700– $86,240.  The compensation package offered will depend on their ability to meet the requirements of the role and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.

KONE Annual Bonus plan (50/50) based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
