Join our team as Payroll Coordinator!

Parental cover role for 18 months.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Accurate and timely execution of assigned payroll activities.

Timely clarification and resolution of any identified errors.

Answering employee questions and preparing employment verifications.

Monthly calculations of national health insurance deductions.

Preparing and implementation salary payments and payments of legal obligations: Taxes, social security, etc.

Preparing and sending data to the national health insurance.

Handling payroll documentation, sick leaves and sick leave administration.

Running money transfers of salaries.

Participating in payroll projects, including continuous improvement initiatives.

Archiving documents.

What you will need to be successful:

At least 1-2 years of experience in Polish payroll.

Fluency in Polish language and at least intermediate English level.

Knowledge of Polish labor law and tax regulations impacting payroll.

Knowledge of SAP, SIMPLE, Płatnik would be an advantage.

Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
