Job Title: **Payroll Coordinator II** **Position Details:** + Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 8 am - 5 pm + 100% onsite in Painted Post, NY 14870 + 4-year degree preferred + Payroll experience a plus however role is more of a customer service/data entry role **Duties:** + Respond and triage payroll mail, email, and phone inquiries + Support internal and external customer service + Review weekly time and attendance records + Enter timecard adjustments + Facilitate garnishment process with vendor + Enter and upload payroll data for processing + Review payroll data for accuracy + Create/Maintain documentation of relevant processes **Education & Experience:** + 4-year degree preferred + Payroll experience a plus **Desired skills:** + Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills + Detail oriented, ensuring accuracy + Appropriately recognize, classify, and protect confidential data + Well organized + Process and improvement mindset + Strong PC skills **Pay Transparency:** + This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay someone for this position is **$19.29/hour - $25.71/hour** . + Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K (provided minimum eligibility hours are met).
