Payroll Coordinator (Project-Based/Temporary) Open to fresh graduates!
Function: Finance
Location: Mckinley West, Taguig City
The Payroll Coordinator is expected to provide administrative and clerical support to the organization specifically in Payroll. This role is to ensure that WTK time and attendance is correct, timely and verifiable.  Payroll Coordinator highlights the day-to-day management of all WTK daily transactions and other matters related to payroll in an efficient manner. This role directly reports to the Accounting Manager.
 
Duties and Responsibilities of the Payroll Coordinator includes: Daily monitor employee transactions Kronos Time and Attendance System Monitor monthly leave accrual and usage Verify correctness of the OT hours, ND hours & other related salary premiums Prepare reports for SSS, PHIC, & HDMF (Contributions, Loans, etc.) Compute for Maternity and sickness benefits and Review invoices related to employees

Education and Experience

Knowledge of general payroll/accounting procedures Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or any busines related courses Proficient in data entry and management 1-3 years of experience in handling payroll
