**Company Overview**

**The Job**
The Payroll Crew Coordinator will assist with day-to-day functions of the Crewing department. Duties include processing payroll by entering personnel, work times, and rates into the scheduling system. Maintain crew database for individuals that include positions, rates, and personal information. Process crew expenses and per diem. Process invoicing and enter financial information in each show tracker.
**The Daily**
+ _Create and update crew profiles regarding positions, rates, contact information, and qualifications._
+ _Create work orders in the scheduling system._
+ _Track and confirm all times sheets have been received from remote locations._
+ _Enter personnel and times into work orders for payroll processing._
+ _Troubleshoot and communicate payroll questions from crew._
+ _Resolve payroll issues in scheduling and payroll software._
+ _Process payroll between scheduling and payroll systems._
+ _Process invoices._
+ _Maintain actual costs in show trackers._
+ _On-board new hires._
+ _Setup crew for database access._
+ _Process expenses and per diem._
**The Essentials**
+ Computer literacy to include, Excel, MS Word, Power Point, Outlook. Media Pulse, Concur, WorkDay, and Xytech a plus.
+ Analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
+ Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
