About this opportunity
We are now looking for a Payroll Delivery Manager for our Estonia operation. Our payroll services are inhouse and you will be the addition to our local team of 3 performing the payroll services with monthly payroll cycle for 2000+ employees in Estonia. We are currently in the process of changing our payroll system in Estonia and you will be part of this transformation project.
To set ourselves up for long-term success our ideal candidate will lead the future transformation initiatives, automation and simplification projects, manage local vendor relationships and take the ownership of local payroll delivery. Your experience in large scale payroll delivery, previous example of successful change management and transformation in payroll function with innovative ideas and suggestions will help to improve our delivery of payroll excellence in Estonia.
What you will do
• Coordinate, prepare and secure that the payroll input consists of high quality.
• Be the contact person and manage our payroll relate local vendors.
• Complete execution of Human Resources policies and processes
• Support employees and managers in payroll related matters.
• Perform analysis, identify, suggest and drive improvements on processes and tools.
• Run and participate in HR Delivery projects.
• Drive payroll related projects and transformations, support HR delivery and data.
You will bring
• 3-5 years of experience in large scale (1000+ employees) payroll management and processing
• Proven experience of digitalization, automation and change management in payroll function.
• Comprehensive knowledge local Estonian laws and legislation related to payroll
• Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel), Axapta and Virosoft (would be an advantage)
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or extensive proven experience within global payroll area.
• Proficiency in Estonian and English languages, Russian language skill would be an advantage.
• Analytical mind-set, self-motivated, work independently yet customer oriented.
Local Estonia candidates with full working rights will be preferred.
