Qualifications & Skills

Extensive experience implementing Fusion Cloud Payroll including fast-formulas Expertise in Global HR & Workforce Management will be a plus. Oracle Cloud certification in one or two modules will be preferred. Excellent communication skills and experience in delivering enablement training, either in-person or virtually. Deep understanding of implementation priorities and challenges. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Consulting experience is required
