As part of our ongoing implementation of a new HR delivery model, we are looking for a Payroll & HR Admin Professional to our HR Services Payroll team in the UK.
Reporting to our Payroll Manager for Northern Europe, you will join a newly formed team within our shared services setup. As such, the role would suit someone with the motivation and drive to play an active role in the development of that team, ensuring successful delivery of payroll services and HR admin tasks to our UK operations. As part of a global organization, you will also get the opportunity to broaden your HR foundation by taking on tasks outside of the UK working closely with colleagues across EMEA.
You will be based at our site in Warwick (CV34 6TF) and your manager will be based in Denmark.
Job ResponsibilitiesThe Payroll & HR Admin Professional's responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
• Payroll: Process payroll for some of our UK sites and ensure compliance, accuracy and efficiency in all of our payroll & time processes
• HR Admin: New starters admin, leaver’s admin, absence management and pension admin
• Collaboration: Work with different functions across HR, Finance and external payroll partners to ensure seamless deliveries.
• Employee queries: Act as a point of contact on payroll and HR admin related topics working in our ticket system ServiceNow.
• Documentation: Document tasks and processes in work instructions and create and maintain knowledge articles supporting self-service in the business
To thrive in this role as a Payroll & Admin Professional, we would expect you to demonstrate the following:
• Degree within in finance, accounting, human resources, or have equivalent work experience
• Demonstrable experience of working in a HR or Payroll function – preferably from an international company
• Detailed knowledge of compliance, relevant laws and regulations
• Experience working with various HR systems.
