Job Title: Payroll & HR Administrator

Employment Type: Full Time / 35 hours per week

Salary: £31,459 - £36,616 / year

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for payroll and HR? A renowned Oxford college is seeking a talented individual to join their team in a dual role that combines payroll processing and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Management (4 days/week)Process monthly payroll and RTI submissionsHandle statutory reports and HMRC returnsManage employee lifecycle changes in payroll systemsAdminister pension contributions and auto-enrolmentHR Administration (1 day/week)Support new starter on-boarding processesAssist with recruitment and training administrationMaintain HR systems and dataAdminister employee benefits and reward schemes

Ideal Candidate:

2-3 years of payroll processing experienceStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsExcellent IT skills, especially in MS Office (Excel and Word)Customer-centric with outstanding communication abilitiesProactive problem-solver who thrives under pressure
