Payroll/HR Coordinator

Working alongside the amazing team at The Quail, we are seeking a Payroll/HR Coordinator to support our Accounting and HR departments.
In this position, you will:

Key Accountabilities
Update payroll information in conjunction with HR for promotions, transfers, terminations and new hires Process and commit bi-weekly payroll Prepare statements reflecting earnings, taxes and deductions Process payroll reports for management and auditing purposes; biweekly, monthly and annual basis Ensure compliance with company policies, relevant industry regulations, tax and deductions laws Answer questions; resolving issues regarding payroll Provide administrative support to the HR department by filing employee forms and documents into appropriate employee files
General Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or relevant field Experience in payroll administration or similar role Good working knowledge of accounting practices and tax laws Proficient in Microsoft Office, Payroll systems and database software Strong attention to detail and strong communication skills.
Salary: $27.00 – $29.00 per hour
