Key Responsibilities: • Manage and oversee the entire payroll process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payments. • Serve as the main point of contact for payroll-related inquiries and issues. • Administer benefits programs and manage employee relations. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations. • Coordinate HR policies and support day-to-day operations in recruiting, onboarding, and employee engagement. Requirements: • Proven experience as a Payroll/HR Manager or similar role (5+ years). • Strong knowledge of payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paychex, etc.) and HR systems. • In-depth knowledge of payroll legislation, tax laws, and HR best practices. • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Outstanding communication and organizational abilities.
