Payroll Implementation Specialist

Job Overview: HCM Implementation Specialists are responsible for assisting our customers with the design and implementation of their iSolved solution (e.g. payroll, time and attendance, benefits, HR and payroll business processes). As functional experts, they supervise the customer in the build, testing and implementation of their SaaS software solution. Responsibilities Responsibilities: + Manage new customers through iSolved implementations, ensuring the customer's policies, employee data, payroll, and HR business processes are configured accurately. + Partner with other teams to ensure all customer needs are delivered through an integrated implementation approach. + Monitor the implementation process for potential issues and escalate issues as needed to ensure the customer's needs are met and the implementation process schedule is maintained. + Prepare customers for post-implementation self-sufficiency by delivering iSolved system training as part of the implementation process. + Contribute to the evolution and improvement of the implementation process by providing feedback and sharing ideas that will increase customer satisfaction, drive efficiency or enhance our technical capability. + Build solution, customer and industry knowledge by leveraging the appropriate internal and external resources. + Some travel (less than 10%) may be required. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Skillset: + Software implementation experience, preferably in a SaaS environment. + Demonstrated functional business process knowledge + Excellent time management and organizational skills + Demonstrated proven technical aptitude and capabilities + Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including fluency in English + Requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with sensitive information + Demonstrated success in a role requiring exceptional attention to details, teamwork, and initiative + Demonstrated passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience Requirements: + Associates degree or equivalent educational training + 2+ years of experience in HCM implementation or a similar role. + Proficiency in using iSolved or similar HCM software. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. + Experience with data migration and system integration. + Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements related to payroll and HR. + Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team. + Proven customer service orientation and ability to build and maintain client relationships. The estimated base pay range for this role is $39,000 - $64,000, with offers typically not made at the maximum, allowing for future salary increases. The actual salary at the time of offer depends on business related factors like location, skills, experience, training/education, licensure, certifications, business needs, current associate pay, and relevant employment laws. Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, subject to participation rules and based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual and Firm performance.
