We are kicking of our 2025 Summer Internship program and looking for graduate and final year undergraduate students of technical and business faculties.

Key responsibilities:  

Payroll Administration & Data Entry: Support administrative tasks related to payroll and student work processing for Croatia. Ensure employee data is accurately maintained in payroll files and systems.Employee Communication Support: Assist with answering employee queries related to salaries, payslips, tax cards, reimbursements, and other payroll topics—with guidance from senior team members.Documentation & Compliance: Help with organizing and maintaining payroll documentation, ensuring alignment with internal processes and legal requirements.Process Coordination: Support coordination between Payroll, POP, Finance, and other departments for internship work and monthly processing of student contracts.Learning Through Doing: Gain hands-on exposure to payroll calculation inputs, local and how payroll integrates with HR systems and employee lifecycle events.Support for Continuous Improvement: Participate in team discussions and support small improvements to payroll processes—your voice will be heard.

You’re a final-year undergraduate or a graduate student in Economics, Business, HR, or another related fieldYou hold valid student rights through Studentski Centar for the full internship durationYou are available full-time (min 30h/week) starting July 7th, 2025, for a 6-month internshipYou are fluent in Croatian and EnglishYou’re intrigued by the world of Payroll—where finance, compliance, and employee experience meet—and you want to learn how accurate and timely pay makes a real impact in a global organizationYou have excellent organizational and communication skills—especially when it comes to working with people and sensitive dataYou’re comfortable using tools like Excel or Google Sheets, and you’re curious about systems (SAP, Workday, or similar)You thrive in a collaborative environment and take a learn-by-doing approach to new challenges
