General Description: General Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented. Payroll Intern to join our team. This internship opportunity will provide hands-on experience in payroll processing and administration, offering valuable insights into the financial operations of our organization. If you are passionate about numbers, detail-oriented, and looking to kickstart your career in payroll, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities: + Assist in processing payroll for employees accurately and timely. + Validate timekeeping records to ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations. + Support in preparing and distributing payroll reports to management. + Help with data entry and maintenance of employee payroll information. + Collaborate with the HR, Accounting, and Finance teams. + Respond to payroll inquiries and provide assistance to employees regarding payroll matters. + Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy. + Learn and utilize payroll software and systems effectively. Requirements: + Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. + Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software. + Good communication and interpersonal abilities. + Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. + Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of payroll administration.
