PAYROLL/LABOR ANALYST - LABOR MANAGEMENT

POSITION SUMMARY

The Labor/Payroll Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day payroll responsibilities such as timekeeping entries, record keeping, filing, garnishment management, and voluntary deduction entries as well as bi-weekly payroll processing. This role will also work closely with the Workforce Planning Manager to analyze position control council requests and support position control processes.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Education

Associate’s degree

Minimum Experience

1–2 years of data entry, timekeeping, payroll, and/or accounting experience. 1 year in a healthcare or business setting with experience in project work and analysis.

Required Registration/License/Certification

N/A

Preferred Education

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or other related field.

Preferred Experience

3 years of timekeeping experience or 1 year of direct payroll processing experience. 2 years of experience in system analysis.
