Job Title: Payroll Manager, AMAS

Location: US - Remote (EST/CDT)

About the role:

We are seeking a Senior Payroll Manager to lead payroll operations for our AMAS region, covering the US, Canada, Brazil, and Mexico. You’ll oversee a regional team and ensure consistent quality payroll results for more than 1,100 employees while driving compliance, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee multi-country payroll operations across multiple pay frequencies.

Lead and mentor a regional payroll team.

Ensure compliance with tax, labour, and statutory requirements.

Lead audit processes, reconciliations, and special payroll runs.

Partner with People, Legal, Finance, and Tech teams on key initiatives.

About You:

7+ years’ payroll experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role.

Deep understanding of payroll in the US, Canada, Brazil, and Mexico.

Familiarity with ADP, SAP, Workday or similar systems.

CPP, PCP, or equivalent qualification is a plus.

Fluent in English. Spanish or Portuguese proficiency is highly desirable

The guide salary for this role ranges from $95k to $110k per year. Your actual pay will be based on factors including your experience and expertise.
