An established family owned and operated business is expanding their leadership team and is hiring a Payroll Manager. This is a permanent position. Starting pay is up to $85,000.00 + benefits + hybrid schedule.

Benefits: Hybrid schedule after probationary period (3 days in office. 2 remote). Medical, dental & vision. 401k + matching and other incentives. Schedule is Monday – Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m

About the company: A nationwide janitorial service for companies and organizations in need of seasonal hospitality workers throughout the country. During peak season the company employs approximately 350 workers nationally.

About the position: The Payroll Manager will be responsible for processing payroll for up to 350 employees weekly during peak season. Peak season is 8 months out of the year. Payroll during the off season drops down to approximately 75 employees. During the off season this position will be responsible for other responsibilities and projects (Office Management) and some basic AR and AP accounting duties. The ideal candidate will have experience using ADP Total Source, Paychex, Paycor or similar payroll processing service.

Minimum Requirements
4+ years of payroll management
Employee payroll of 150+ employees
Familiar with deductions, garnishments, etc.
Familiar with hourly worker
