Description We are looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations and ensure accuracy in financial processes. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in payroll management, account reconciliation, and compliance with organizational standards. Responsibilities: • Manage the end-to-end payroll reconciliation process. • Oversee 401(k) and retirement plan reconciliation compliance. • Perform detailed account reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies to maintain accurate financial records. • Implement and optimize process workflows to enhance payroll efficiency. • Utilize BlackLine to streamline account reconciliation activities and ensure accuracy. • Collaborate with internal teams to address payroll-related inquiries and provide solutions. • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all payroll activities. • Prepare and analyze payroll reports to support decision-making and financial audits. • Maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive employee and payroll information. Requirements • Proven experience in payroll management with a strong understanding of payroll systems and processes. • Proficiency in 401(k) and retirement plan reconciliation • Hands-on experience with BlackLine for account reconciliation. • Strong skills in account reconciliation and financial adjustments. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas and data analysis tools. • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and ensure data security. • Strong communication skills for collaborating across teams.
