Description We are searching for a Payroll Manager to join our team in the Professional Services industry located in Boston, Massachusetts. In this role, you will oversee payroll operations, ensure legal compliance, and manage vendor relationships. You will also collaborate with other teams to manage employee benefits programs and work on the implementation of Workday Human Capital Management (HCM). Responsibilities: • Oversee the processing of semi-monthly payroll for all employees using ADP Workforce Now. • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations during payroll processing. • Maintain the integrity of payroll data and manage vendor relationships. • Collaborate with People Functions to manage employee benefits programs. • Work on the implementation of Workday Human Capital Management (HCM). • Identify and implement improvements to the payroll process. • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for payroll processing. • Prepare accurate records for audits, ensuring data security. • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action based on account status. • Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently. Requirements • Demonstrated experience with ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now • Proficiency in Accounting Functions and Benefit Functions • Familiarity with Multistate Payroll processing • Proven track record of managing Payroll for over 500 Employees • Strong understanding of Payroll Functions • In-depth knowledge of Payroll Taxes • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion • Excellent problem-solving/judgement skills, and high level of attention to detail and accuracy • Strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlines • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field is preferred • Professional certification in Payroll Management would be an asset Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
