What You Will Be Doing: Manage the end-to-end payroll process, including timesheets, wage calculations, payments, review, and reconciliation of payroll data for accuracy, while also supervising employee benefits, deductions, and other related transactions. Mentor, coach, and assign tasks to ensure effective workload distribution, adherence to deadlines, and continual professional development through regular performance evaluations and constructive feedback. Continuously evaluate efficiency and compliance, integrating best practices and automation tools, while staying informed of changes in payroll laws to ensure timely updates. Coordinate the preparation and submission of payroll-related reports, including tax returns, while ensuring completion of all necessary forms and filings for the company's pension plan. Serve as a point of contact for addressing inquiries and concerns, promptly communicating payroll policies and deadlines while addressing employee questions and ensuring clarity. What You Bring To The Table: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field (preferred). Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation or equivalent certification. Experience in payroll processing and leadership, with a strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements. Possessing adept collaboration and effective communication skills to effectively contribute towards the company's objectives and foster a culture of shared success.
