Payroll Manager - Hybrid / Boston, MA

We are assisting our client, a pharmaceutical company, in their search for a Payroll Manager to join their team! This role will oversee payroll operations, ensuring compliance and accuracy for domestic and international employees. This role involves processing payroll, managing tax filings, and working with third-party providers to support global payroll functions.

Responsibilities:

Process bi-weekly payroll using ADP Workforce NowManage international payroll coordination with third-party providersHandle off-cycle payrolls, bonuses, and equity processingEnsure payroll compliance with federal, state, and international regulationsOversee payroll tax filings and resolve any tax-related issuesCollaborate with internal teams on payroll reporting, audits, and reconciliationsAddress employee payroll inquiries and provide support as needed

Qualifications:
