Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Payroll, Benefits and Human Resources Manager in Newark, New Jersey. As a Payroll Manager, you will be required to handle various responsibilities related to payroll and financial services, including managing accounting software systems such as ADP and Ceridian. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our payroll systems. Responsibilities • Oversee the management and operation of accounting software systems • Administer financial services through ADP • Handle payroll functions efficiently using ADP Workforce Now • Utilize Ceridian for specific accounting tasks • Manage 401k - RRSP Administration effectively • Accurately perform accounting functions • Conduct audits as and when required • Effectively handle benefit functions • Utilize Concur for travel and expense management • Use 'About Time' software for efficient time tracking and management.
