Payroll Manager

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Payroll Manager in Boston, MA. This role will oversee and assist with US payroll only.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
* Validate pay-related information (i.e., timecards, vacation requests, direct deposits, tax changes) into ADP payroll system and Oracle Time and Labor
* Audit bi-weekly timecards for accuracy and follow-up with employees and/or managers
* Assist in research and resolution of payroll issues and make necessary changes or corrections to resolve problems
* Pull extract files from Oracle HCM system for upload into ADP payroll system
* Maintain payroll files in preparation for internal audits and in accordance with company policies and procedures (i.e., time off request forms, tax forms, direct deposit forms, various bi-weekly reports)
* Responsible for the safeguarding of all Personal Information as required by Data Privacy Law, Company policies, and department processes
