How you will make contributions that matter

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Payroll Officer to join our dedicated and collaborative team responsible for the weekly payrun. Key responsibilities include:

Weekly end to end payroll processing including administration of PAYG, third party payments, superannuation and payroll tax payments and reconciliations Supporting the wider team with fortnightly and monthly payroll processing as requiredAnswering queries and providing a high level of customer service to employees across AustraliaProducing internal payroll reporting

About you

Previous experience as a Payroll Officer, ideally within a multi-site environment with multiple awards / agreements  Strong award/EBA interpretation skillsComfortable using payroll systems or softwareStrong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and work effectively to meet deadlines The ability to form strong working relationships with a variety of stakeholdersPrior exposure to iChris (formerly Chris21) and/or Kronos would be highly regarded but is not essential
